The standard twin room was comfortable with exceptionally comfortable beds. The accommodation had a central location the to Drakensburg mountains. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating when we had questions.

The standard king room was budget and fashionable. With central heating, TV set, and a fridge. The location to area on Monday was great. Also, main attraction such as Murchison Mall was 2 miles from this hotel.

The breakfast here was really good - they had yogurt and fresh fruit which was a nice touch👌. the staff were also very friendly and made the experience more pleasant.

I recently stayed at Buller's Rest in Ladysmith for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel overlooking the town and veld was stunning, and the variety of beautiful buildings on the property added to the charm. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room had a balcony with a great view, the staff were helpful, and the honesty bar made us feel right at home. The dinner was delicious and they even accommodated our dietary preferences. Everything was neat and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

I had a blast exploring the Battlefields with their knowledgeable guide and enjoying their scrumptious home-cooked dinner. The Boer War Pub was a hoot!
Lovely place, but couldn't find any news channels on the incredibly extensive DSTV bouquet. What a shame, I was dying to catch up on current events.

I gotta say, Buller's Rest was worth every penny. The room was top-notch, with a balcony and a stunning view. The location was perfect, high on a hill with lots of birds around. The staff treated me like royalty, always there to help.
Menu for breakfast? Just wish they had more options, that's all.
